CSEG Series Molded Power Inductors

The CODACA CSEG series employs an advanced composite structural design to deliver ultra-low loss performance, specifically engineered for high-frequency DC/DC converters operating up to 700 kHz. Rigorous testing confirms the CSEG0420H-3R3M model outperforms industry counterparts with equivalent package sizes (4.2 mm x 4.2 mm x 2.35 mm) and inductance values, achieving 15% lower DC resistance (DCR) and 15% higher saturation current, ensuring enhanced efficiency and thermal stability.  

The CSEG series fixed power inductors are available in eight dimensions (4.2 mm to 11.6 mm length) and inductance values from 0.18 μH to 33 μH, employing an innovative composite structure design, utilizing ultra-low-loss alloy powder compression molding and a flat wire winding process. This achieves an ultra-low DC resistance (DCR) of 1.05 mΩ while delivering exceptional DC bias performance to support sustained currents up to 53 A. Designed to operate reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, these inductors integrate a magnetic shielding structure that effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMI) and significantly reduces audible buzzing noise.
