TFF1007

For the Ka-band frequency range, NXP offers the TFF1007. This device operates at half of the uplink frequency of Ka-band which is between 28 GHz and 30 GHz. When combined with a frequency doubler, it delivers excellent performance up to 30 GHz. This device operates in the same way as the TFF1003 and also comes in a 4 x 4 mm QFN package. Compared to the TFF1003, the TFF1007 has an improved phase noise of -109 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset.
