Shown here are a few more features of the TFF1003. The IC comes in a 4 x 4 mm QFN leadless-package and operates at a typical voltage of 3.3 V with only 100 mA of current consumption. This results in an ultra-low power dissipation of only 330 mW. The typical PLL performance at 100 kHz offset with a divider setting of 64 is -99 dBc per Hz. The divider can be set externally with three pins in a range from 16 to 256. As an added benefit to the system designer, the spurious and phase noise are guaranteed by 100% production testing.
