TKD Kabel 2-NORM TRAY and TRAY+UV cables offer robust, flexible, and UL/CSA-rated solutions for power and control in demanding industrial environments. Designed for tray cable (TC-ER) and machine tool wire (MTW) applications, these products meet the rigorous mechanical, chemical, and environmental requirements of modern automation, machinery, and process control systems.
Each cable features PVC insulation and jackets for oil resistance and durability, with RAL 7001 (gray) and RAL 9005 (black) color coding. The TRAY+UV DB variants are specifically engineered for outdoor use and direct burial, featuring UV resistance and increased robustness. Available in a wide range of conductor counts (2G to 25G), gauges (18 AWG to 6 AWG), and shielding options (CY), the series provides flexible routing for both fixed and semi-flexible installations. These cables are ideal for use in cable trays, channels, and machine installations where TC-ER approval ensures compliance with NEC 336.10(7) for exposed runs between trays and equipment.
