The passive probes also feature a probe encoding pin for automatic scale factor adjustment on Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes, and include a high 10 MOhm Input R. Designed to handle input voltages of at least 400 V, with some as high as 600 V, each probe is supplied with a full set of standard accessories. Additional accessories are available including QFP IC Clips, Dual Adapter, BNC Adapter, Banana Adapter, and others.

Teledyne LeCroy’s current probes cover measurement requirements up to 500 A. The line is made up of five current probes with bandwidths to 100 MHz, current measurements to 500 A and sensitivities down to 10 mA/div. These probes can be used in a wide range of applications including electric vehicles, three-phase systems, power electronics, motor drives, and general-purpose current measurements. They can be used in conjunction with voltage probes to make instantaneous power measurements. Teledyne LeCroy ProBus interface can be used for probe detection, automatic scale factor adjustment, and probe power.

Teledyne LeCroy’s low-voltage differential probes cover frequency ranges to 1.5 GHz with high signal fidelity. These probes offer a choice between 6 low-voltage active-differential probes with bandwidth coverage up to 1.5 GHz. High-input R and low-input C (probes from 3.5 pF to less than 1 pF) enable high performance with low loading. These probes can be used in a wide range of applications including automotive, serial buses, and general purpose use. Each probe is supplied with a full set of standard accessories.

Teledyne LeCroy’s high-voltage differential probes feature frequency coverage up to 100 MHz and voltage to 1,400 V. They are active differential probes with bandwidth coverage up to 100 MHz and high voltage input up to 1,400 V peak. High-input R and low-input C enable high performance with low loading. These probes can be used in a wide range of applications including automotive, power electronics, and floating voltage measurements. Each probe is supplied with a full set of standard accessories.

Teledyne LeCroy’s high-voltage probes feature voltage coverage up to 6 kV, as well as a bandwidth to 400 MHz. High-input R of 50 MOhms and low-input C of < 6 pF enable high performance with low loading. The probes allow a wide range of applications including electric vehicles, power electronics, and general high-voltage measurements. All fixed attenuation probes have automatic scale factor adjustment when connected to a Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscope. Each probe is supplied with a full set of standard accessories.

Teledyne LeCroy’s active probes cover frequency ranges to 4 GHz with high signal fidelity, with four active probes featuring bandwidth coverage from DC to 1 GHz, 1.5 GHz, 2.5 GHz, and 4 GHz. These probes feature high 1 MOhm Input R and low 0.9 pF capacitance (0.6 pF on 4 GHz probe) to preserve signal fidelity. Low circuit loading is ideally suited for probing high-frequency signals. Each probe is supplied with a full set of standard accessories with additional accessories available.
