Broadcom’s 5 A gate drive optocoupler devices feature high peak output current and a wide operating voltage range
Broadcom's ACNW3430 is a 5 A gate drive optocoupler device. The device features common mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than 100 kV/μs, preventing erroneous gate driver failures in noisy environments. The high peak output current and wide operating voltage range eliminate the need for an output buffer circuit, enabling designers to implement cost-effective gate driver solutions for motor drives and power inverters.
The ACNW3430 is UL and IEC 60747-5-5 certified to VISO = 5,000 VRMS and industry-leading VIORM = 1,414 VPEAK, respectively.
