Advantech ICR-4100/4200 series industrial 5G routers deliver ultra-low-latency, high-bandwidth connectivity and intelligent edge computing for Industry 4.0, smart transportation, and critical infrastructure networks. Powered by a quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A72 processor, this platform enables simultaneous high-speed data routing, protocol conversion, and real-time analytics, all secured by advanced TPM 2.0 hardware and tamper-protection mechanisms.

This series supports 5G NR (sub-6 GHz) and LTE-Advanced Pro for lightning-fast data transfer and high network availability, while “W” models add Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) for wireless backhaul or local AP functionality. With Docker® container support, users can deploy custom edge applications, such as AI, cybersecurity, or predictive maintenance, directly on the router without external compute devices. Centralized management is simplified through Advantech WebAccess/DMP, enabling secure, scalable provisioning and VPN orchestration across distributed deployments.
