LTM4644 TechClip - Efficiency and Thermal Performance

The LTM4644 is a quad 4A step-down µModule regulator configurable as a quad, triple, dual or single output power supply in a small 9 x 15 x 5.01mm BGA. The high number of output options available in one package caters to the needs of FPGAs, ASICs and image sensors. Configured as a quad output, observe how the LTM4644 delivers the full 4A output on all four channels simultaneously from a 12V input with just a 58°C temperature rise over ambient.
