MAX14914ATE+ High-Side Switch
Analog Devices' MAX14914ATE+ configurable driver with settable current-limiting, push-pull, and digital input configuration
Analog Devices' MAX14914ATE+ is a high-side/push-pull driver that operates as an industrial digital output (DO) and also an industrial digital input (DI). The MAX14914ATE+ operating voltage works with supplies from 10 V to 40 V. The high-side switch current is resistor settable from 135 mA to 1.3 A (max). The high-side driver’s on-resistance is 120 mΩ (typ) at 125°C ambient temperature. Optional push-pull operation allows driving of cables and fast discharge of load capacitance. The output voltage is monitored and indicated through the DOI_LVL pin for safety applications.
